About Our Hall of Fame
The Minor League Football Hall of Fame was founded by Dick Suess in 2004 to honor those men and women that have made a significant and valuable contribution to the game.
Our first Induction Ceremony and Banquet was attended by over 50 guests at the Boardwalk Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Our organization has now grown into the largest Minor League Football Hall of Fame in the nation.
Our Mission is to recognize the “great” participants of the game in respect to their position of contribution in an effort to preserve their legacy, achievements and positive influence of those they have played or coached with, or against, or worked alongside with in some manner or fashion during their tenure.
It is our goal to promote the game of Adult Amateur American football at the Minor League level - formerly known as “semi-pro” – by celebrating the “commitment of excellence” by those men and women worthy of the distinction of “Hall of Fame Inductee”.
Our organization advocates seven core values at this level of the game: Leadership, Dedication, Respect, Honor, Integrity, Courage and Humility.
The Minor League Football Hall of Fame is owned and operated by the U.S. Federation of American Football headquartered in McLean, VA (Washington, DC Metro Area).
